Workforce Innovators
 

As a division of EduSerc, Workforce Innovators is a workforce development pipeline initiative to allow individuals to train, test and demonstrate their skills on simulated industry projects for direct placement in employment opportunities with sponsoring corporations. 

This program is intended to enhance the recruitment and interview process by assessing the real talents of candidates on various industry tasks. 

The best innovative candidate(s) are then selected by our corporate sponsors for positions within their organizations.
